不能說" i want to talk to xx"，首先要問「is this xx speaking?" 要跟別人確認對方是不是你要找的人。
4.讓對方等一等不要說「wait a minute"
在**上呢，我們讓對方等待一下是說「hold on please"或者說「don't hang up"（別結束通話哦）
